This is a mini guide for Transforce Online,

Remark: 1 point of reputation is equal to 1000 resources spent. If you build a troop that cost 5k you gain 5 rep, if it dies you lose 5 rep; buildings and research are permanent of course unless you destroy them.

1. Your outside buildings (resource) should consist of 5 metal, 5 crystal, and the rest oil. You will gain additional spaces to build as your HQ gains levels.

2. Shelters create population, energon is created by idle population. If you have 5k population working in your resource fields and a total population of 8k, building/upgrading a shelter will increase your energon output by adding to idle population since all the resource fields are fully staffed. You should have at least 10 shelters by the time your HQ is level 15, I recommend 12 shelters.

3. Increasing the level of your HQ is important, not only will you receive additional spaces to build but it also decreases the overall build time of all other buildings.

4. Tech Center: The strength of your entire account revolves around this building. Increasing its level reduces the amount of time it takes to research technologies. The construction/upgrading of this building cannot be accelerated with any item (save the bonus from HQ) so you should always have this in the process of upgrading. Use your Tech Blueprints wisely here, they are rare,expensive, and will be game changers for you in the long run. I personally never reduce a research time to less that 50 hours.
4a. The research of troop technologies: You should choose a troop type and stick with it. The most common mistake I see players make is trying to gain access to multiple troop types; simply explained – having Death Fighter II/Ultimate Gaurd II is better than having 4 kinds of type I troop.
4b. Drilling, Mining,Geology bonuses apply to all of your bases output, increasing these tech’s will help your overall output alot.
4c. Leadership: This controls the number of hero’s you will be able to recruit. You will need this in addition to a Hall of Hero’s to recruit.

5. Expeditions: These will initially seem to be time consuming for little reward. This is not the case, once you reach level 30 on a mission it opens up the next available mission. The difficulty and reward for these increase individually and also as you finish individual levels for each one. You will be rewarded with chests and the occasional equipment for your hero to wear.

6. Tokens/Matrix: On the path to gaining 10,000 reputation you will accrue tokens for quests and logging in each day. As you learn the system you will be able to wisely use these to buy things you need from the store. But the first thing you should be doing is recruiting your first Renowned hero. If you are capable of finding one in your Hall of hero’s it will cost you 100 tokens to recruit him, but you should plan for the worst. If you are not having any luck recruiting your hero you can choose to use a code from another player that has found one. This will cost you 200 tokens, so make sure you save tokens until you are able to purchase a Growth Value 4 hero (GV4).

7. Base defense: I would encourage new players to not construct defense installations on your Shields. These are low powered and rather useless and long term will only signifigantly reduce you useable oil.

8. Resource spots: If you dispatch an army to conquer a resource spot, you can command them to dig or return to base by clicking on the “Spot” alogn the bottom of your screen near your Oil meter.

There are many other things you will learn along the way, how to participate in the Instance with other players to learn skills for your Hero, attacking and defending, etc. These things will all come with time, be patient if you are not familiar with games of this type. Ask intelligent questions in chat and people will be more inclined to help you. Overall the game has potential and is enjoyable so long as you have the patience to learn its system.
