No customer support whatsover, only scripted replys from their support, not banning cheaters in their games, unbalance between clans/classess, not possible to compete with spenders if you play for free, not fixing bugs, mess up each new patch. koramgame is a very non user friendly game company, dont bother playing their games you will end wasting money and time jsut to get annoyed when reaching deeper into game.
