In 2009, we have seen WWII Warfare, a browser web game developed by Chinese guys, made a big success, shortly after its release, another ww2 game has been announced – war 2, made in China and published in North America and the rest of world.

Today, I am going to take a brief account of both WW2- themed games:

Similarity:

1, Both of games are set in your web browser, known as free online browser strategy warfare game and was released in 2009. In these two games, you play as a commander in chief to lead your army to conquer the town around, develop your infrastructure, devote yourself to research and management.

2, WW2 and WWII Warfare are set in the World War II where you can recruit the most famous heroes to assist you with your expanding efforts.

3, They are developed by Chinese guys, WW2 is headquartered in Beijing, while WWII Warfare is founded in Shanghai.

4 Bugs:  both of ww2 games have some fatal bugs like troops stuck, heroes stuck, and grain down dramatically without any reason and many more.

Differences:

2, WW2 uses true WWII weapons, players can build and command more than 40 kinds of World War II units from all sides of the conflict including “Katyusha” rockets, “King Tiger” tanks, “Stuka” bombers and battleships. By advancing their technology, players can even build their own aircraft carrier fleet. Instead, WW2 Warfare have R1,R2,R3,R4 troops and scouts, and by training, upgrading and organizing them, you could equip more powerful vehicles like
* Kfz. 61 (R2), M8 Greyhound (R1),  M10 Tank Destroyer (R1) , Churchill Crocodile (R1), M4 Sherman (R1), M26 Pershing (R1), Exploitor.

3,Alliance Wars and Tribal Wars constitute a great part of the game, you need to bid for a card to participate in the TW in the given time. Once wining the battle, you will be rewarded with bonus, like 100%， 200%， 300%…

In WW2, you’ll get 7 days of rookie protection period. You can develop your city and train your army during these 7 days without worrying about being attacked.  In WWII Warfare, you will be protected based on your reputation points.

In  WWII Warfare, the building and factories are designed based on card, while ww2 has the traditional overview of a military base where you can build your hospital, defense. and adjust tax rates.
